The proposed $110m + project will be the new hub of the Sydney Jewish Community providing much-needed facilities with event spaces to support various sporting, social, educational, and cultural activities, including music, art, dance, etc. State-of-the-art sporting facilities include a fitness centre, a floodlit all-weather football field, a learn-to-swim pool, a 4-lane lap pool and weatherproof multi-use courts for basketball, netball, futsal and more.

CSG assisted this client navigate its way through a difficult transitionary phase of a Voluntary Administration (VA) on a partially completed project before assuming the responsibility for completing the project as replacement builder and licensed Building Practitioner under a construction management arrangement.

The Rise Independent Living Apartments, offered by RetireAustralia, provide luxury, high-end apartments for residents to 'age in place' within Wood Glen Village, featuring 54 apartments and basement parking, with completion expected by the end of 2020.

Glengara Assisted Living Apartments, part of RetireAustralia's Glengara Village, offer 70 self-contained residences with care facilities, dining, and amenities to support residents in 'aging in place.' The project, involving innovative construction methods and extensive community consultation, provides seamless transition from villas while minimizing disruption to the existing village.

ONEA Apartments, a joint venture between Abacus Property Group and Linear Group, involved the construction of 174 apartments in Erskineville, Sydney, overcoming challenges such as a major Sydney Water culvert, ground contamination, and complex site access. CSG managed the redirection of the culvert, addressed contamination through cost-effective excavation methods, and developed strategies to maintain the architectural integrity of the building's complex façade.

Eve Apartments, the second development in Erskineville's Ashmore Estate, features 197 apartments, a basement car park, public infrastructure, and a rooftop garden. The project overcame challenges such as ground contamination and complex architectural features, including curved facades and a unique brick-finished lobby ceiling, with cost-effective excavation methods and innovative design solutions.

Erko Apartments was the first development to occur in the Ashmore Estate Precinct. The project involved a three-stage delivery, with all three stages overlapping. The first of these stages included 263 apartments within 3 eight-storey buildings, with a basement and public infrastructure. The second stage involved a seven-storey building with 41 apartments and basement storage. The final stage, occurring in March 2015, was the handover of 16 luxury three-storey terrace houses.

Phoenix Apartments was a 20-storey project in the growing area of Rhodes, NSW. In what was to be the beginning of a five-year association, Richard Crookes Construction sought CSG project director Andrew Thackray’s services for the construction of the Phoenix Building. The building consisted of 202 apartments within a single 20-storey structure, with an additional two-storey basement.

Axis Apartments was CSG’s first project after being approached by Morris Property Group to provide full project management services for their largest project to date. The Axis Apartments project involved 350 apartments within 3 twelve-storey buildings, with a double basement, pool and fitness centre.

Industrial projects was successfully completed by CSG include the extension of Tapex Group industrial warehouse and manufacturing facility in Kingsgrove, Sydney constructed while the business continued to operate.

The project involved the design and construction of new factory warehouse, high bay racking, new road pavements and under cover loading area with new high level awning.
