Director - Andrew Thackray
Andrew has over 38 years of experience in construction and project management, holding senior management roles in both private and publicly listed firms across Australia. He has delivered over 3,000+ residential dwellings on complex mixed-use projects, with extensive delivery experience in commercial, industrial and educational building projects. Notably, he managed the completion of 700 apartments with the Ashmore Estate quarter in Erskineville and 20-storey Phoenix Apartments project at Rhodes.

In 2010, Andrew oversaw the construction of 350 Axis Apartments, a 3 tower multi storey project in Canberra for Morris Property Group. As National Construction & Design Manager at Retire Australia, he managed multiple hi-rise Independent Living and aged care projects across NSW and Queensland. With experience on both the contractor and developer sides, Andrew ensures projects deliver value on time.

Recently, Andrew has advised clients and provided construction management delivery services and assistance to complete several distressed major projects under construction, including the Hakoah Club White City Development and Tarragal Glen Village Independent Living Apartments project.
